How we find the direction

Understand the business first. Then build its website.

You see the direction early. Once it feels right, it becomes the finished website or campaign.

01 · Starting point

What is already working well?

We bring your offer, everyday work and existing pages together for review.

02 · Direction

What should happen next?

The most important action has a clear place. Everything else supports it.

03 · Delivery

What belongs together?

Copy, design, landing pages and measurement follow the same direction.

Why Kotodama?

Words give a website direction.

言霊 is read as ‘Kotodama’ and means ‘word spirit’. The name fits the work: good words help people understand what defines a business.

Working together

I am Flo Winkler, owner of Galactic Pictures, a film production company in Zurich. I met Rafi when we decided at short notice to take our series Magali & der Reiser to Fantasy Basel. We wanted to set up a website and an online shop for it. We were incredibly lucky to meet Rafi at exactly that moment.

We agreed on the scope in one meeting and a few emails, and Rafi got started. He also took the initiative to suggest ideas where our storyline was still missing something, which helped us move forward very quickly. I found him extremely reliable, very professional and someone who delivers.

For me, as someone who also runs a small company, this was a real lesson. Bringing in outside help makes things so much easier: you move faster, get a better result and conserve your own resources. I can warmly recommend Rafi.
